Jo from P.E.T.E
P.E.T.E (Pre Entry To Employment, Connexions) organise taster placements for students to come in for 1 day a week for 2 weeks. The students can then see what it is like to work in a business environment whilst receiving Health and Safety training, Pallet truck training and gain experience using hand tools safely, and basic carpentry skills from qualified staff. This is Jo from P.E.T.E doing his pallet truck training. The pallet trucks funded by a Global Grant from ESF (European Social Fund)
